Client Requirements 

The client aimed to establish a new aluminum alloy production facility with a target annual capacity of 30,000 tons to meet the growing demand in Morocco's construction and automotive industries. They sought to improve production efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and ensure the equipment's long-term operational stability. 

Client Challenges 

- Existing facilities couldn’t support large-scale aluminum production, leading to insufficient capacity. 

- Outdated equipment caused inefficiencies, frequent maintenance, and rising operational costs. 

- Inadequate logistics management created delays in warehousing and distribution, disrupting the supply chain.  

Solution Provided 

We supplied three 10-ton medium frequency induction aluminum melting furnaces, tailored to meet local power conditions and optimized for stable, efficient production. Additionally, we provided comprehensive support facilities, including casting, extrusion, and cutting systems, along with constructing a warehouse logistics center and office building to ensure smooth, automated production. Implementation Process 

- Initial planning and layout optimization were conducted to maximize space usage and streamline production workflows. 

- The installation and commissioning of the melting furnaces were handled by a professional team to guarantee optimal performance. 

- A dedicated logistics center was built to enhance production efficiency and speed up distribution.  

Project Outcomes 

Upon completion, the facility reached an annual capacity of 30,000 tons, fully satisfying local market demand while significantly improving production efficiency. Energy consumption was substantially reduced, lowering overall operational costs. The project also improved local infrastructure, contributing to regional economic development.
