This system is designed for energy efficiency and safety, featuring automatic frequency conversion and explosion-proof, high-temperature-resistant capabilities. It ensures thorough cleaning with independent pulse valves, extending the lifespan of filter bags and reducing operational costs. Maintenance is simplified with a spring expanding ring design, allowing quick bag replacement by 1-2 people without entering the filter chamber.
This system is designed with energy efficiency in mind, featuring low operating costs. Each smoke collection port is equipped with an independent smoke valve that automatically opens and closes based on operational status. During variable frequency debugging, the system pre-sets the corresponding frequency power for each valve's opening time, achieving automatic frequency conversion and intelligent energy-saving effects. Additionally, the system incorporates an explosion-proof and high-temperature-resistant design. High flue gas temperatures can cause severe damage to filter bags, potentially leading to major fire accidents. Our system mitigates this risk by incorporating explosion-proof and high-temperature-resistant ports at the main flue and settling chamber, effectively cooling the flue gas during peak temperature periods, thereby significantly enhancing operational safety.
The system's thorough cleaning mechanism extends the filter bags' lifespan, which is directly impacted by the cleaning effectiveness. Some manufacturers, in an effort to reduce costs, equip each compartment with only one pulse valve, distributing air pressure to hundreds of filter bags simultaneously. This insufficient pressure fails to achieve effective cleaning, leading to the hardening of dust on the filter bags over time and resulting in bag failure. Our system, however, is designed with 12 rows, each containing 20 filter bags, with each row equipped with an independent pulse valve, totaling 84 pulse valves. This configuration ensures sufficient blasting pressure for thorough cleaning, significantly extending the filter bags' lifespan and ultimately reducing the operational costs for our clients.
Maintenance costs are low, as the upper end of the filter bags uses a spring expanding ring design, ensuring good sealing performance and high installation reliability. Bag replacement is quick and requires only 1-2 people, who can perform the operation by simply lifting the tilting top cover without needing to enter the dust collector filter chamber.

Our tilting furnace and internally-guided hydraulic casting machine optimize molten aluminum control and safety, enhancing casting precision and reliability.
Our robotic palletizing system is a versatile solution used across various industries, including machinery, food, and chemicals. It is particularly effective in non-ferrous metal ingot production, such as aluminum and zinc, automating the process of grasping and palletizing ingots. This system reduces labor costs, enhances efficiency, saves space, and improves the production environment.
The machine includes a loading rack, saw table, pressing and length-cutting mechanisms, and an aluminum chip recovery system. It features hydraulically driven motions for stable and reliable performance, with an integrated hydraulic station and electrical control system.
This aluminum melting and recovery process uses a double-chamber structure, with an external melt pump transferring molten aluminum between the reflective furnace and the melting chamber. This design minimizes oxidation and ensures efficient sinking of aluminum chips, resulting in a high recovery rate, low cost, and reduced oxidation loss.
