The Aluminum Dross Separator Equipment is a complete system for maximizing aluminum recovery from dross and slag. It includes a Rotary Furnace, Ball Mill Screening Machine, Cooling Machine, and an Aluminum Dross Recycling Machine. These components work together to efficiently process and separate aluminum metal from slag and ash, ensuring minimal waste and high recovery rates.
The rotary furnace is widely applied to the treatment of large volumes of aluminum dross, capable of processing both cold and hot dross. Its main advantage is that it can handle 3-8 tons of dross at the same time (the specific capacity depends on the configuration). This not only saves the labor required for manual dross stirring, but also ensures a relatively high recovery of metallic aluminum. Moreover, the presence of iron parts in the aluminum dross does not affect the operation of the rotary furnace (unlike the vertical dross stirring machine, where excessive iron parts can cause jamming).
The feeding operation for the aluminum dross is as follows: during the rotary furnace operation, a forklift equipped with a 360-degree rotating fork arm is required. The aluminum dross is pre-loaded into a semi-circular hopper, and the forklift is used to transport the hopper and dump the dross into the rotary furnace. Through the rotation of the fork arm, the aluminum dross is poured into the rotary furnace.
Due to the 360-degree rotation of the rotary furnace, the heavier molten aluminum settles at the bottom of the furnace, achieving the separation of aluminum and dross. By combining the pre-loaded dross shovels on the forklift to stir the dross before and after, the effect is further improved.

The production line is composed of an aluminum slag separator, a cooling machine, and a ball mill screening machine, with a relatively high degree of automation.
Each aluminum slag separator only requires one operator to perform temperature control and pour the molten aluminum.
The hot aluminum dross discharged from the slag separator automatically slides into the cooling machine through a chute with a large inclination angle. After cooling, the aluminum dross is rotated by the angle of the drum and directed to the ball mill screening machine for effective crushing.

The aluminum dross ball mill screening machine is also called the aluminum dross specific ball mill. The main components of aluminum ash are aluminum oxide, metal aluminum and some impurities. Alumina and aluminum have high economic value, but they must be separated to utilize them. Aluminum ash screening machine is to better screening and separation, so as to obtain high-purity aluminum, reduce aluminum loss, improve the recovery rate of aluminum.
The wear-resistant steel balls are placed in the ball mill. The cold treated aluminum ash or the room temperature aluminum ash is fed into the ball mill barrel, which rotates continuously. After the ball milling process, the material enters the screening machine.Through the screening machine can screen fine ash, medium ash (can use aluminum water cooling material), aluminum slag block (can use aluminum).
